Do you have a showroom?
We are a registered UK-based company with an office in Bradford. However, we operate purely online and deliver orders throughout the UK.
What is your working hours?
Monday - Friday
10:00a.m - 5:00p.m
Saturday and Sunday Closed.
Can I pay on delivery?
We do not accept payment on delivery. However, various payment options, including financing, are available.
Do you arrange remove old items when delivering a new one?
Unfortunately, we do not provide a service for removing old bed frames or items. Customers are responsible for arranging their own disposal or recycling of these items.
Can I change the delivery date or time once it has been scheduled?
Delivery schedules are managed by a third-party company and are fixed once confirmed. However, if the allocated time is not convenient, we can assist in rescheduling for a different day.
