Return Policy

1. If the bed or headboard arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with purchase, please refuse delivery or request return to sender. All deliveries are to ground floor front door only, our drivers are not insured to deliver into rooms.
2. This is a made to order bed, therefore once the order has been dispatched, we will not accept return due to color, size or bed dimension not fitting in your bedroom.
3. It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. however if there is any fault in the bed, please contact us before leaving a feedback, we will resolve the issue by sending a replacement bed or collect the bed and refund your payment within 30 days.
4. The product should be in original condition and mattress are strictly non-returnable once they have been used/slept on as per consumer contracts regulation by Law
5. Please report any damages within 24 hours after delivery and we will resolve the issue, any damage report after 24 hours will not be accepted.
6. Please thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the papers and do not sign the delivery papers if the goods have been damaged in any way, the company will not be responsible for any losses if the delivery is signed for and reported afterwards.
